Thinking of Living In Tobago

Comments: I been mainly in Tobago, not Trinidad. I found the roads good, just narrow (was in 2 accidents w/in an hr).

I am wanting to go back again this Fall. Does anyone know if I can get reasonable dental work done? My ex did in Costa Rica several years ago. Just wondering if I could do something similar here?
