It is very simple really you can use two methods:

1. Cut out a shape of some glasses and apply the colored cellophane OR...
2. Get some regular glasses that are not prescribed and apply the colored cellophane

Just remember that red goes on the left side for the left eye and the blue on the right side for the right eye.
