Snaps Introduction

Hey Everyone,

So I am supposed to tell you about me. Here goes:

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, married in the temple with 4 kids, (and with another girl on the way). Right now I am living in Tooele, Utah, but that might soon change.

My main purpose in joining the site was to talk abut LDS Doctrine, but after looking over some of the topics you have, I'll probably join other conversations too.

I work in the IT Industry and am more then willing to help if someone has a computer problem.

Currently, I am trying to get into writing. I write Science Fiction and Fantasy, mostly Fantasy. I'm working on both a modern fantasy novel and a science fiction short story, that contains some religious ideas.

Other interests are books, video games, books, roleplaying games (I run a GURPS game with some friends in Provo), and books. I try to read about a book a week, if I can. Recently, I've been reading about two books a week, ever since I started reading Jim Butchers Dresden Files.

Some of my favorite authors are: Roger Zelazny, Steven Brust, Cleon Skousen, E. E. Knight, James Crouther, Robert Jordan, David Farland (Dave Wolverton), Brandon Sanderson, Dan Wells (who is not a serial killer), and Paul Genesse.

If you like LDS Based Games then you may also be interested in playing: Nephi RPG where you can 'Journey to the Promised Land' or Book of Mormon Battles and see if you really know a lot about the Book of Mormon.
