Comments: Lawyering will always be a very tricky business until we are at the level of being able to read a person's heart and thoughts.

A Bishop should be able to do this. Maybe that's why he is refered to as a Judge in Israel with the mantle of discernment.

Discernment is crucial to justice. The games that lawyers play to simulate that discernment, makes me sick. LDS or not. And especially LDS Lawyers who should be able to invoke the truth through the Spirit.
