AP - A federal judge has ruled that CIA officials committed fraud to protect a former covert agent against a lawsuit.

Well, the CIA gets a lot of undeserved trash talk thrown at them, but in this case it appears that it is completely in the wrong. If two of its managers used wiretapping illegally to try to get someone in another agency transferred because they didn't agree with him, then they deserve to spend time in prison.
And the CIA is completely wrong in trying to protect them.
