If after doing a facial upgrade and the final result was the way you look now (as the results of the upgrade) will you sue because of the way you look?

Heck yes! IF I was going in to get a better looking face and I came out looking like I do now I would sue. I already looked this way and spent good money to look better not look the same. I am sure that the doctor would not work too much longer after the papers got the story of how incompetent they are.
