Jacqueline Tarsa Lebaron

She is the daughter of Ervil LeBaron, a Polygamous Religious leader who was sent to prison in 1972 for ordering the murder of rival polygamist leaders. When he died, his two children (one of them Jacqueline) took over the Church and pretty much followed the teaching of his fathers which was to kill all those who they deem to be "unbelievers".

Jacqueline still on the run. She speaks fluent English and Spanish and she may be hiding in Mexico.
