All governments of all countries are corrupt. Some more corrupt than others. The only way to change corruption is to vote. If you do not vote, you do not deserve to complain.

Strange post.
I tend to agree that governments are corrupt. The very fact that Mr. X gets some power, and can accomplish something that Mr. Y wants, leads to the idea that Mr. Y will find something that Mr. X wants so that Mr. Y can get what he wants.
Governments on their own are corrupt as well. Governments are run by people. For some reason, most of us seem to want to make everyone else do things our way. Governments have the ability to coerce people, so they begin to do so. Eventually, the people in charge (usually bureaucrats) find ways to increase their power and influence, leading to greater coercion.
Eventually, it seems that every society, every government, reaches a point where the most effective way to accomplish anything within it is to use that corruption to advantage.
From what I can see in recent US political history, all voting does is determine which way the corruption flows.
