Do you agree with the new marketing approach of Las Vegas Casinos to have their own in house Pharmacy so the elderly do not have to leave to fill their prescriptions?

Those hotels cater for other conveniences so I don't see this being any different. It will a sad thing for a senior citizen to gamble away their money and then have nothing left to get their heart medication.
