Sixty lost in Tonga ferry sinking

More then 60 people, mainly women and children, are now feared to have drowned after a ferry capsized near Tonga. Ref. Source 7

I think some ferries should be reworked to allow less of these accidents. With some having no accountability to how many are on. I would hope more safety measures are taken on ferries.
