Introduction Funbikerchick
Thanks all for your well wishes. My elbow is feeling better today, but that side of my neck is pretty stiff so that is the next battle. I had a rotator cuff injury on this side a few years back. One of the problems at that time was the muscles in my neck were all tight and in knots. At least, I still remember what to do to untighten them.
