Well, I have to go grocery shopping now for my camping trip this weekend and then pack my stuff since I am leaving right after work tomorrow. So, my fun is over...for now.

I am going with some very good friends. They are bringing their grandson and I am bringing mine.

Thursday night I am just going up to their place to meet them so that we can leave early Friday morning. We will be returning Monday.

The couple I am going with and I used to go all the time when I was married. She is my ex-husband's sister. We used to own the pop-up camper I now have jointly. They now have a much bigger camper. We used to have competitions to see who could come up with the most creative meals to cook over a wood fire.

So... I am responsible for 1 breakfast, two lunches and two dinners. Breakfast will be pancakes, the lunches are chicken quesedilla's one day and chicken fajita's another day. Dinner is steak tips, "baked" potato, and corn on the cob one day and a hamburger, pasta, spaghetti sauce creation cooked in a dutch oven over the fire the other day.
