Introduction FarSeer
Thank you, thank you, one and all !! I had a delightful birthday, thanks to my sweet family and visiting teacher. Mom baked a homemade-from-scratch carrot cake (which I requested) that is so awesomely good, I wish I could FTP some over for you all. My visiting teacher took mom and me out to lunch for a lovely salad bar... and then I had to work until 7 p.m. bleagh. But it was a good day, overall, and I'm happy to report that 45 is not the end of the world.

FarSeer Introduction - Page 26
I've been working lots of long hours and really, really miss being here every day! Next week, most of the work will be done for the deadline on Monday, and we'll have "wrap up/clean up" work the rest of the week. Hopefully, I can get my life back!! End-of-year accounting is the pits... Of course, this was my first year of being "in charge" of everything, and I really didn't know how to set things up. Not to mention that we started out behind on the work! Next year will be much more organized and prepared in advance.On top of all that, I've been asked to speak this Sunday in church! My first time since I was around 8 years old. Yikes!
Just a few more days... then I hope to be here more. Miss you all!

Hi, Roz. We miss you, too, and glad to see that you could check in. Sounds like a lot of responsibility at work, but you must be good at it to be trusted with 'being in charge'. As for speaking in church, just talk the way that you post here on gospel topics and be your wonderful self. You will do great, I'm sure, but I understand about feeling nervous. What is the topic on? Best of luck on that. I look forward to seeing you here more next week, we miss you in the gas game!
