I had a lovely two days, actually. Yesterday, my daughter went to a birthday party for one of her friends whose mother I know and we had a nice visit while the girls played in the arcade. Then afterward, my parents took us all out for dinner at Applebee's, and then we went to their house for cake. Had a good visit with my son, who has decided not to move back in with us (I guess my conditions were too harsh) and has found another roommate situation in town. He's still unemployed, and is thinking of going to school. (We'll see.)Tonight, a nice family from church invited us to their place for dinner, and we had games afterward. Cake and ice cream, and even popcorn...
I feel totally loved!

Happy Belated Birthday!
I wasn't on yesterday to wish you on your real day. Something popped into my mind when I read what you did for 2 days and I realized that the TRUE gifts we have in life are the ones that are lasting--Family and Friends! I am so glad that you were able to have both this year for you birthday!
