Farseer, I'm glad you're happy about your folks moving with you and your daughter . Do you think the TV will be an issue? I know you haven't had one for a long time and if they're TV addicts, it may affect the way you wanna raise your daughter? do you think? how are you going to handle that?

Yes, it will be an issue. I haven't brought it up yet because there just hasn't been time to sit and discuss it. The problem is, they just leave all the TV's on ALL the time, and LOUD. It's annoying, even if it wasn't just an issue with my daughter. I'm hoping with the increase in activity for them, specifically, that they will not need to watch so much. But we will have to discuss it, and they will know my rules and that she is MY daughter. No sneaking behind my back! So. it will take some getting used to by all of us.

Hehehe I figured I needed to get caught up and a little ahead, if I could. I'll be moving house every "spare" minute for the next couple of weeks. And of course, there's always the challenge of beating *your* daily post count Nothing personal, of course.

Almost 90%!! I'm getting there ...

Well, the Great Move is on, folks. The phone will be disconnected here on Monday, and connected over there the same day. However, due to rotten circumstances, I have not been able to move my large furniture (including my bed!) this weekend. I'm not sure how next week is going to be handled. Most of my other stuff -- pots/pans, dishes, utensils, storage, food, etc. has been moved. So it looks like dinner at the new house, sleeping here! Oy and veh, what shall I do about my internet??? I probably will not be on much this coming week.

My folks got all of their stuff moved from their old place late last night, so they at least have all of their furniture unloaded (but not "moved in"). Well, one more week, and then I can get moved... and of course, tax season is "officially" over on Thursday -- HURRAY!!!!

I dread moving... I do not envy you in the least, but I guess you are happy because of all the future events that are going to take place. A week? What will we do here without the great Farseer? Don't you have DSL now? That should not take more than a day to transfer to your new place, but anyhow, I hope all goes well for you, your children and your parents.
