The problem with these young girls is that many of them are going out at young ages (some even too young to drink) and are binge drinking until they are moments away from alcohol poisoning. It is then older males who are taking advantage of them, quite often with those aged 16 - 19 years old. The article also does not mention the scores of woman who often do not remember or bother to report such occurrences.

I think some guys think that because a girl is drunk it means they can do what they want. No girl deserves to be treated like that even if they're drunk.
