Stuck car caused Big Dipper crash

Two carriages collided on the rollercoaster at Blackpool Pleasure Beach after one of them jammed on the rails, police say. Ref. Source 8

Every time I go to get on roller coaster I think of things like this. It is getting to the point that I do not ride many rides anymore.
