How do you build your "building" of life? - Page 2

Based on what they told me some came from their parents and others came from people in history. Believe it or not my father liked to read stories about Adolph Hitler and Churchill. He saw the good points in them and used it how he wished. That is a whole other thread.

Yes, a lot of people say I look like him too, but I did not get his blue grey eyes - darn.
[offtopic]The threads that are not locked (the ones you mentioned are closed, it has a padlock to the left of them). Where you post your intro message is called, '[Medieval] In Search of Gold! CAMP' and where you read what is actually taking place you go to '[Medieval] In Search of Gold!' The best thing for you to do now is just go to the camp and introduce your character and his skills etc.[/offtopic]

Fun, what an interesting thread. I have a particular case, I never met my father and my mother passed away when I was 1 year old so I was raised by my grandmother and my two uncles so the way I am has in part to do with being raised in a non-traditional family wink.gif being raised by two uncles give me the ability of being very outspoken about how I think, yes...I think I got a lot of 'manish' ways, specially when I was a kid and the stubborness of course lol.   From my grandmother I think I got a little bit of her always concern about other's people welfare. She's a very charitable and loving woman and the things she has done have impact my life deeply.

Thats really unique. That is a whole different life style and setting if you think about it. Parents are young and no offence but usually pretty unexperience, whereas grandparents are "seasoned parents" So i supose thats a great example of how our lives are building..all Made up by differnt blocks. Your base has a great foundation made by your grandparents and uncles whereas mine is very close wiht my mother. Im sorry about your parents by the way, I know many who have lost close friends and relatives before their time..

Don't worry about it wink.gif To be honest, since my mom passed away when I was 1 year old, I have not felt the pain of losing her since I was such a young girl, but yes sometimes I wonder how her voice will sound like or how it would be talk face to face with her and about my father he abandoned me and my sister after my mom died. So, I do feel sorry for him, he lost the opportunity to know me and my sister.
