
That's cool but I'm wondering if it'll be as good as the ones you have to buy. I think there is one called open office or something like that which is free too.
They are saying its going to be an oline version so I guess it will not have all the features you get on the cds.
It looks like it will be more of a challenge to Google Documents. This will probably not be a sit in replacement for Microsoft Office - one of their biggest cash cows. They wouldn't want to take that away from themselves, would they?
There is also currently an Open Source (free) competitor to Microsoft Office, called Open Office, as pointed out earlier. However, it is generally considered not as nice.
