Increasing or Decreasing Height
A lot in the world depends on height. For instance if you are too tall you cannot be an Air Force pilot. If you are too short you cannot be a runway model or a police officer.
People often approach you based on your height. If you are tall you seem more powerful than if you are short. If you are short you tend to be more fat than if you are tall. Many other associations can be made by persons watching the mathematical equation.
What are you thoughts? If you could be any height, what height would that be? Also, say why you are happy or not happy with your present height.
I am 6 ft. tall and I wish I was like 5' 8" or 5' 9". I am somewhat, pleased with my height. What I don't like about being 6 ft tall is, they never make the latest trendy clothing (i.e. hip-huggers, low-cut jeans, bell-bottom jeans) to actually fit a tall woman. I can definitely find them in my waist size, but the leg lengths are not long enough. And many of the manufacturers do not make them for tall women. If I find any that fit in the waist and the leg length, I have to pay more, because I usually find them in a specialty shop. A sale associate at one of the shops I go to in the mall told me that the companies make their clothes to fit the average woman. But not all women are average now are they? Some of us are short, some are tall, and some are average.
wow youre really tall miss shady!!
i think tall women look great, whether theyre heavy or slim...once thay have good posture.
im 5'4" and i feel like a midget!...if i had to chose, i'd want to be around 5'7". Its only 3 inches taller than i am, but i think it would make a huge difference.
My feelings on the topic are 'weird', to say the least. I was spending way too much time on a board titled GTS.com, the 'GTS' denoting giantess. My ideal 'fantasy height' is less than an inch tall.
In real life I am a 5' 2" tall male, so nearly any increase in height would be an improvement. I fall into the bottom 1 percentile on the normal male height chart. Most of the women I encounter are taller than I. Which has a very detrimental effect on my social life. A person who's overweight can lose weight, but a person who's too short can't make themselves taller.
I have always wanted to be 5ft. even. I am 5ft 4", and I am between sizes for nearly everything. I was 5 ft for about a year and my folks thought I wasn't going to grow anymore. Mom kept saying, You know I think she is really going to take after your Grandmother, Henry. Then I hit 5ft 3" and I cried for a week. I wanted to take after someone in Dad's family and I just outgrew the chance.
I am 6'1" and am pretty happy with my height. I wouldn't mind being maybe an inch or two taller, but not much more. All the men on my mother's side of the family are over 6'. I remember when I was 12, I was about 5'4" and thought I wasn't going to be taller than 6'. That year I grew 8 inches. As a guy, it is almost imperative to be tall if you want to be taken seriously, in my opinion. It's not right, but unfortunately it seems that's the perception.
I haven't finished growing yet and am now 5' 8". I will probably end up at your height, Malexander . I don't really care about height, though. I wouldn't have liked to be short, but exactly what inch I don't really care.
