The problem with AIDS in Africa is not solely based on sexual activity. In many parts of Africa people don't have health care services available as we do in other parts of the world so they may not learn they have any illnesses. Also something to note is that they have different traditions in Africa. Some of the traditions are not safe and help to spread HIV.
