I would love to see incentives and money sent out to alternate fuels too. Imagine if we could place more hydrogen fuel cell stations around the country. Maybe we can get away from crude oil totally.

Obama is trying to shrink out the dependance that we have on the crude oils. Such type of schemes are always appreciated by the people of the country and grabs attention of the others too. Such a big investment shows his sincerity and seriousness about the would be problem regarding crude oil in future. It will also help in securing a reserve for crude oils and making USA walk on the path of success.
