Autistic Chattering

One of the characteristics of many autistic children is chattering. If they repeat your own words or memorize movies and repeat them is called "echolalia". Others like my son just don't know when to stop talking (regular conversations). Autistic children do this involuntary act as a way to win time to understand processed language.

How do you deal with your child's chattering issue?
