Is there such a thing as "Reading Clouds" to predict some future event?

I can look up at the sky and predict rain or storms, but as far as telling the future based on clouds, I do not know of anyone with that talent. It would be neat to be able to make predictions based on the clouds. Future prediction is a tricky subject, because anything you do differently after predicting the future will affect that future, thus making what you predicted not even happen. I think sometimes people can see things though ahead of time.
