Protest Arrested Man Blind

I think if cars are being parked on the walkway and the police are not doing anything about it then some needs to step up. This guy can not see and he is risking serious injury or death by walking out in a roadway. He has guide dog but how many people are going to slow down for a guy they see walking his dog in the road not realizing that he can not see them?
