Sunni fighters who once considered themselves enemies of the Iraqi government now are filling the ranks of Iraq's ministries and armed forces.

Jobs Government Iraqi Gain Iraq Sons

If more and more of these people are hired by the government we will see less and less involvement in Iraq by the US military and we can leave Iraq peacefully. I think the sons will make a good addition to the Iraq military and security forces.
