ST THOMAS, USVI -- Criminal Investigation Bureau Detectives on St Thomas have extradited one of the US Virgin Islands Most Wanted from Missouri to the Virgin Islands to face charges of Assault First degree. Stederoy Hurst was wanted in connection with an Assault First Degree that occurred on November 13, 2008.
