Is it possible to help someone that refuses to be helped?

Yes and no. Sometimes someone doesn't want to do something and through force you can get them to see the light and then they decide on their own to accept help. Usually this is where you have to call 911.

I have to agree with that. Not much you can do till they see their need. Just have to love the rock bottom.
