Sex offenders, pedophiles are everywhere including in every profession. This disgusting piece of trash is a retired engineer. He spent nine years in prison in the 1990's for molesting more than 500 young boys since the 1960's.

He was released in 2004 from a mental institution after jurors couldn't agree on whether he was at risk of committing more sex crimes against children.

Are these people OUT of their minds? Pedophiles CANNOT, I repeat CANNOT be rehabilitated.

After he was released he built a mansion in Cambodia where he continued molesting children. He would lure boys there with toys and candies and $1 bills he dropped on the streets as he rode through town on his motorcycle. He only faces 30 years in prison in the US and three in Cambodia when this beast should be tortured to death and castrated without the use of anesthesia!

9 lousy years for 500 children? where did they get that arbitrary figure. And wondering whether he would commit again. 500? this isn't enough? this isn't some kind of warning? People are ridiculous! How many paedophiles do we hear of that are ever rehabilitated? Not heard of, because its impossible. Morons! Total morons - those who let him out should be punished.
