A wide array of dietary supplement firms caught with drug-spiked products are run by executives with criminal backgrounds and regulatory run-ins, a USA TODAY investigation shows. Tests have found their supposedly all-natural pills and powders have contained potentially dangerous ingredients including methamphetamine-like compounds, anabolic steroids and anti-psychotic drugs.
