Murder: Would You Buy The House?

Would you buy a house where you knew a murder was committed?

House Buy You Murder

I think this would depend on whether the murder was committed by an outsider, ie somebody who broke into the property to commit murder, or whether it was a spouse already living in the house who committed the murder.

If it was a case of the first, then definitely not, but of the second, probably I would as there would be no immediate threat to any of my family.

Probably not but I wonder how many times we live in places where similar crimes were committed and we just don't know about it? Ignorance is a bliss.

House Buy You Murder

That is tough to say, I believe it all depends on what happened and how long ago it was. I would not buy a property in which someone was recently murdered, that's for sure.

Murder: Would You Buy The House?

You know I'm not superstitious so I have no problem in buying a house where someone was murdered not like the victim will come and haunt me or something.

Murder You Buy House Politics Business Civil & History

I'm not sure if I could buy a house where a murder was committed. It would all depend on how the person was killed and how long ago. Those houses usually sell for cheap, but I would just feel a weird presence or negative vibe in a house like that. I might have to do a ceremony to cleanse the house of negativity before buying a house like that. I've seen commercials about buying homes seized by police, but I definitely couldn't buy a home that was a drug house. I would be too worried about people who knew the previous owners of the house coming by and murdering or robbing my family. Like another person said, if there was blood all over the home at some point then I couldn't see my family living there.
