Hawaii Wants To Ban Smelly People

I saw on TV where Hawaii Wants To Ban Smelly People from using public transportation. Come on - how is a law like that going to be enforced and what is the guidelines to being 'too smelly'?

I know if I eat lots of picked eggs and a few pints of Guiness they would have just cause to kick me off the bus.

Could there be an issue of people not washing and having stale body odor?

Perhaps they can create a gagometer to determine the boarderline of non-transportable smell and ok you can go through the bus door smell. Maybe buses will have a greeter, like at Walmart, who's job is to say hi and take a wiff of you to determine if you can enter the gardenia like smell of public transportation. Possibly could turn that over to a dog, like at airports, where the dog either just looks at you are growls if you try to enter the bus (of course all determined by your own personal stench).

Note to self...if this doesnt pass, then perhaps I should have second thoughts about using any mass transit in Hawaii. Because, if this his happening enough to require laws...bus drivers of Hawaii must be nose dead by now.

Funny you should mention that because when they asked the general public who should determine who smells you for 'smelliness' they all chose the bus driver. They were also wondering what factory workers would do since they have that candid odor.

Well of course that is why law makers are battling it out right now, it is not law yet and I personally can't see how it could be. Even if it did become law there would be immediate suits. Besides this point some people should really bathe more often especially if they know they have an odor (we have a big problem with that locally).

Ahh...but if they cannot afford bathing goods then the government should supply that! Government soap and water for the odoriferously impaired. Or maybe we just have the BOBus (body odor bus) for the stinky ones. Wait, that doesnt sound good...hording all the stinky people onto buses to who knows where (has that bad concentration camp vibe to it). Hmmm...if there arent too many stinky ones they might have more free space on the bus and should the driver of that bus get hazzard pay? It is a good thing we have legislators working on this!
