I am guessing that the Hawaiian state legislature decided that they have some bigger fish or spam to fry.

Perhaps instead of making it a law they should have let the transit company just pass a policy if one curls your nose they get hosed. A small bottle of frebreeze on board might just do it!

I know yesterday I might have been one of them it was very humid and hat. Changed shirts three times in the morning.
