WASHINGTON, USA -- US Virgin Islands Delegate to Congress Donna Christensen applauded President Barack Obama’s speech on health care reform, calling it a great speech that was clear, defining, and inspiring. “As far as I can see he stuck to what he laid out from the very beginning,” Christensen said.
