It is always amazing to me how people come across a site with well spelled out rules and policies that must be agreed to before joining, join the site after agreeing with the same (hopefully they did actually read), and then expect to change everything about the site to suit their needs. They are obsessed with getting everything and everyone to see their point of view. Of course there are the members who suggest things in the form of feedback, but then there are the others who pout and fuss over every little eyelet hoping to stress you into changing policies for them.

The fact of the matter is that you cannot please everyone. Some places will always be too hot or too cold for someone. If you are too hot then wear something lighter, if you are too cold then put on a jacket, that is much better than making everyone else who is currently enjoying the environment suffer by demanding the temperature be changed. I think this is reflective of modern day society where most people have a "doggie" mentality of serve self first and serve self second. Where are the days of sit back, observe, learn and listen and then after the recon make your view after all facts have been ascertained? I think everyone wants life to be like an Iphone where you can change preferences on the fly and have it look and feel the way you want it to. That works for what is yours, but when you are on another man's turf, please observe the sign before you enter.
