Personal Online Attacks In Forums

I seldom enjoy visiting other communities outside of International Discussions, but have found it a necessary evil in order to network or find clients. The annoying part is the need for some users to say something to anything regardless of its' value in limited moderated (or poorly moderated) environments. A lot of people just do not know how to carry on a Discussion without becoming personal, in deed they judge the person as the topic, and it should not be so. If the community is business based then the personal attacks are even worst, as a lot of the immature or jealous users just want to make it hard for you to acquire any good reputation or business.
