What are your reviews for John Leham's The Total Transformation Program for behavior modification?

I heard excellent reviews of this program. He claims it also helps kids with special needs but I am not sure about it neither read reviews from special needs parents. The cons I heard is that it takes a lot of commitment to make it work, and parents must listen to ALL the CD's (and there are plenty) and complete workbook assignments, etc. Basically, it takes a lot of time but I suppose if the situation calls for it, then you have to do what you have to do. Also, it is very pricey, hundreds of US dollars.
