Muslimah Introduction

Bismillah (In the Name of Allah)
as salam alykom everybody (Peace be upon you)

I am active on another board where a member joined, I assume he/she is admin on this board, and called for Muslims who can join in here as members to introduce Islam. I responded to the call out of my duty as a Muslimah (Muslim woman). I am a native Arabic speaker who works as a translator and Insh a Allah will do my best to cater for any inquiry about Islam. Meanwhile, I will continue on a thread about Tatoos and will also start a new thread offering core information.

I m sure I will enjoy the company, hoping you will enjoy mine.

Welcome to the Community. Yes I am Admin here and thanks for your input. Just two notes to help you adjust:

1. We keep all religious references to the Boards about Religion. I mention this in case you want to post outside the Religious Boards then no reference to religion should be made. The reason for this is that no everyone is of the same religion here (International) and having to contend with a belief system in a Topic not about Religion can be tiring.

2. I am glad you mentioned you are from Egypt. Outside of the great input I'm sure you will add in the Studies of Islam I hope you will also tell us more about Egypt. We have lots of Threads on Egypt here, please if you can tell us more about:

* Egyptian Adoption Laws: Source 6
* Egypt Recipes: Source 5
* Egypt Tourism: Source 5

There are many more, you merely have to put "Egypt" in the Search box to the top right of the Community and you will see the many Thread. Thanks.

Thank you JB, so you are the one who invited me in? You do have high expectations from me. No way I can fill in all of those gaps. My time is really tight. And certainly I m quite aware of keeping the religious discourse on the relevant rooms, do not worry. Insh a Allah I will do my best to introduce Islam and respond to inquiries if any. As I told you, my work and the other board plus of course my personal life, no promises about Egypt, but I will try.
