ST THOMAS, USVI -- US Virgin Islands Police Commissioner Designate Novelle Francis has updated the public on the successes of the recently formed Territorial Anti-Gang Intervention Team (TAGIT). The task force creation was announced by Francis in his testimony at his nomination hearing before the Senate Rules Committee.
