The Ministry of Housing Web Site (now called "Ministry of Housing is now the Ministry of Planning, Housing and the Environment") has to be one of the WORST web sites I have ever used. The application that processes information when you login is both archaic and inaccurate. Just now I tried to login and it would not even recognize my application even though it clearly had my name. This is not the first time, it has been happening for years and even though I complained by Email and in person nothing is fixed as usual.

Why to bother creating a site that doesn't work neither updated? Part of the Vision 20/20?

I wrote the above on the 20 June, 2008. It is the 31 July, 2008 and I just tried to login and the result was the same. Additionally the server looks like it is on wits end as it took a very long time to shoot out the info. I wonder how secure their server is with all that confidential information?

Probably is not safe at all. *sigh* I was concerned because I read how some big families are getting small apartments (2 bedrooms) while childless couples are getting 3 bedrooms single unit houses. If information cannot be updated (such as number of kids) then they would put you in a small little place. Oh well.

Probably they are not aware of it. Contact them and let us know what they intend to do about it so we can have something to laugh at.

Recently, I tried to access the Ministry of Housing's website to update info - guess what, since my last post (31 July 2008) the login part of the web site executes and looks exactly the same, or in other words it is not working! You cannot update nor get your information.

That's what I said was going to happen. They're not doing absolutely nothing, all these changes they're talking about is pure bologna. Unless you have money to please a couple of people, only those who "know" people inside get through and those people most of the time already have their own homes and land (yes, they have money) and the use the government houses to continue making money.

How I detest this place and the mentality of these people. Beyond words.

But wait actually have a site for people signed up with the NHA? I know that is too good to be true, something good always has to go wrong with the NHA.
