Cold case squad breaks two USVI homicides

ST THOMAS, USVI -- St Thomas, St John-Water Island Police Chief Rodney Querrard held a press conference at police headquarters on St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands on Tuesday to announce arrests and the closure of two cold cases. The first case is the December 11, 2003 homicide of Stewart Elliot Sargeant.
