Is it true that some Christian visionaries foresee the end of the world like this?

It does seem to concur with what I have read from those with a prophetic gift. The missing element there is fire though unless the idea here is to believe that seas will be the reason for the doom of the earth. One does have to wonder when it will take place though - that is the bigger question.

I get the idea from the picture that it is specifically dealing with San Francisco. That interesting building in the middle is the Transamerica pyramid, which dominates the skyline in San Francisco.

This is just one of the major items listed in the Apocalypse, the result of a "star" falling into the ocean. Other than that, there is the red moon, but these are just two of many natural disasters predicted for the Last Days.

It is easy to be a prophet of doom and gloom, you merely have to say how bad the future is and everyone is read to know more. If you speak about what is good and what Jesus has in store for us then everyone leaves the room.

The picture does speak of end times. We have to turn to Jesus and seek refuge not necessarily escape.

If a star falls into the seas then we will see a dramatic rise in the oceans and thus cities on the coast will be wiped out. The Red moon will occur because of all the dust and debris in the air after the star falls. This will be just the beginning. I am sure that many other items will happen too. I do not worry about any of this for I will be safe with my lord.

Dose anyone have any thoughts on Rev. Ch. 9. Regarding the plague of locus with power of the scorpion, face of a man, body of a horse, hair of a woman,
crown of gold and body armor. Also, that those with the seal of God in their forehead would be safe from this plague. Where do you think you get that seal? This all sounds pretty scary to me. I definitely want to be sealed up to God.
