In Texas Jury Decides Custody
Did you know that in the State of Texas they try custody cases between parents by jury? Some may feel this gives a better determination of visitation rights. What are your thoughts? I mentioned this because of the case of Sindi Graber who basically 'kidnapped' her son and ran to Europe for years. She eventually lost custody of her son.
