The longer this is dragged out the more it is making me believe that he will once again be free to flee to France and never have to serve any time for the crime he committed. The only place that he is listed as a sexual predator is in the US now. I hope that the Swiss will turn him over but at this time I am having doubts that they will.

Well at least he is still being kept in jail because he has proven that he is a flight risk. I am sure he is just waiting to get out to flee back to the safety of France. I still hope he is given to US authorities to take back to the US.

I agree that this man needs to be brought back the the US of A to face the prison time that he was supposed to have served through his plead bargain. Plus any time he gets for fleeing.
