Things are going pretty well, though not without ups and downs. Still working on my diet, and I have been losing weight. Haven't quite cut back on carbohydrates fully, but I am getting fairly close. Trying different meals and working to have more smaller meals instead of waiting have the day to eat and then eating like to bigger meals in the afternoon and evening. I'm a bit more on my own with this though, since my grandma couldn't continue it with me. I am walking more, though not as much as I could be. Yet I am feeling much better, with certain things getting easier to do compared to before I started.
I'm sleeping better, my CPAP machine is helping quite a bit, yet one issue I'm struggling with is getting to bed before midnight and so sleeping late. Which is something I know that I need to change up, especially since I means I have less of a morning work with when it comes to getting stuff done.
I am still working with my therapist, and he has been helping me better schedule my day and is now up to me in getting my paperwork done so I can get my SSI benefits. As well with Vocational Rehab, so I can get some collage classes in. Particularly, Computer Tech so I can start having a more solid career as I work to actually start writing more often. Which my therapist has suggested I try to do at least an hour a day, if I really want to take such seriously. Where if everything works out, I will be able to get down to a healthy weight, possibly working toward surgery, an income though SSI and then possibly a part time job, as well collage so I can start working on my career. So quite a few smaller things working together as I work towards having the sort of life I want.
