I have been reading articles for years about people and bears mixing and getting to close. People just don't understand that just because a bear will eat what you feed it, doesn't mean it is tame. Bears are wild animals, and these type of accidents are going to happen if people insist on being near wild animals and not using the proper precautions. I understand the jogging part, but why would you ever allow jogging in an area KNOWN for bear activity? It was just asking for someone to get hurt, thats not common sense.
