What I don't understand is why it took a man on a wheelchair to do this. The article said there were witnesses, what the heck were they doing that they did not try to stop the man?

Molester Child Suspected Tackles Wheelchair Man
If I was in a wheel chair and had that happen close to me I would have do the same thing. While I can not move fast for a very long time I would not just stand around and watch this take place. I do not understand how some people can just watch something bad happen to another.

As much as I love the US and what it has to offer, I find these stories to be quite common and it is very disturbing. If I was there (same as here) I won't let my kids out of my sight for ANY amount of time (no, no going around the store either!)

It sounds like the people just witnessed the man trying to take the girl and the employer tackling him.I cannot believe they would witness the abuse and just stay there without doing anything!
