Car Reproductions

ok every one i have got a quistion for every one

How do you feel about these car companies reproducing the cars of yesterday to today?  Now just about all of the american car companies have reproduced cars that were in the 50's- the 70's
Ford has reproduced the 50's thunderbird and made it up to todays standards, ford has also brought the 68 mustang fastback back and so far it is the best looking repruduction made yet just cause it acually looks like the orgianal one..
Dodge is also bringing the hemi cuda back to life so the main question here is do you think that they should bring back these old cars and totally change the looks of them? or should they just leave the cars as they werein the old days?

I think that the car manufacturers need to leave some of the looks of the classic cars alone.  I have seen the reproduction of the Ford Thunderbird and it looks more like an older model Chevy Corvette, than a Thunderbird.  Are they ending up like Hollywood?  (I mean, like Hollywood that is out of creative ideas and take tv shows and put them on the big screen.)  Are car manufacturers out of original ideas, so they decide to bring back older classic looking cars, that some don't even resemble the car they are trying to reproduce?

I am just glad that cars are begining to look like cars again, instead of cars that look like bubles or boxes on wheels... When you look at a cart and say now there goes a (type of car)... Rather than is that a car?

these cars arent looking like cars you know like the old ones used to look like cars from the 60s and 70s.  now those were cars like the new pontiac gto it isnt even close to looking like the original.  if they remake a car it should look like the original or at least close to it..

I think they need to stop with the reproductions if they are only going to change the whole look of the hot rod. For example the charger (my favorite car) they brought it back and it is just a disgrace compared to the chargers of the late '60s early '70s. The only two hot rods they brought back and came out half decent are the challenger and the camaro. They are the only reproductions, in my opinion, that kept most to their original style.
