Palestinian Astrophysicist in US Recounts How His 11-Year-Old Son Died When Israeli Warplanes Bombed His Family's House
As the Palestinian death toll in Israel's assault on Gaza climbs above 1,100, we take a look behind the statistics. Suleiman Baraka is a Palestinian astrophysicist working at Virgnia Tech with NASA. His eleven-year-old son Ibrahim was killed in an Israeli air strike on his house. His wife and three other children are now homeless in Gaza, along with seventeen members of his family. In his first broadcast interview in the US, Suleiman Baraka tells his story. We also speak with Suleiman's brother, Sayed, who arrived at the house seconds after it was bombed.

I doubt that anything we do is going to stop these people from fighting with each other. The fact that both sides want the same piece of land is what is going to keep them fighting. I do not understand why they can not share it but I guess they ca not or refuse to share.
Once you add in a terroristic type group in there, Hamas I believe they are called, then you just added more tension in a already stretched tight situation. I was not surprised to see the latest conflict rise up after Hamas kept attacking Israel. I think getting rid of terrorist groups like Hamas and even Hezbullah will go a long way into making this area more peaceful.
I agree there should be a limit to what your going to bomb.
But with things that are going on in todays world your enemy will take advantage of what you will not bomb. Look at the terrorist in Iraq. They knew that the US would not attack any Mosques or schools. Where did they go to hide out and store weapons? In schools and in Mosques. Then when we attacked a Mosque that fired upon us we were the bad ones and the soldiers responsible were disciplined. Who were the ones in the right there?
