@ Stranger, I agree with this save one point, you cannot expect them to fighting soldiers if they do not have any army (not allowed to) or any significant weaponry. I believe the common man is just going with the flow because of oppression. Those that need to answer is the leadership. Take them out, bring in fresh blood that will not hide these zealous groups and then there will be a significant change. Anyways, really all that we talk here is of no consequence since there will never be peace in the Middle East. |

Hey! We fought the Brits with no weapons! |

I would not say no weapons, maybe limited weapons. I have been to Fort Mc Henry many times so I do know the history If anyone fought with no weapons it would be the American Indians you slaughtered. All they had were bows and arrows. |

T I doubt he seriously intends to give up anything. He and Arafat are cut from the same cloth. Just as the Palestinians need new blood in the government, so does Israel. |
This I totally agree. Until the two foes are gone from the scene no real peace will be achieved.[quote]
These two have been enemies from day one when Isreal was looking for a place to call there own. It has reached a point where they are deciding whose empire is better.
There are many moderate and wise ones in the Arab world too. The question is whether George Bush wants to listen to them, or does he just want to listen to Israel alone.

"The only way you can balance and bring trust in the Arab street towards Western intentions is to see how fairly you're going to tackle the Israeli Palestinian problem."
This is what King Abdullah of Jordan said. A major part of the world believe that has always been the root cause of tension between the Arab world and the west.
We all know that but the US has for years refused to acknowledge the Palestinian plight.
